Court of Honor w/ meal following, Sunday, August 14, 2016, 4:00pm at St. Andrews in the youth building. Please sign up on Tuesday, with the number in you family / guest that will attend. This will help us to know many hamburgers / hot dogs to purchase. There will also be a sign up to bring side dishes (some ideas-green salad, potato salad or pasta salad, Mac&Cheese, chips), buns, dessert, toppings (slice cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, mustard, mayo, ketchup).
We will need help with cooking the food and with clean up.
Tuesday’s meeting on June 7th, 7:00pm meet at Resthaven Cemetery to pick up flags. Please we can use everyone’s help. It is a big cemetery the more that help the faster it will get done. We will be there from 7pm until all flags are picked up.
Mrs. Wedin will be at the cemetery to collect physicals and permission slips for summer camp.

What to bring: Signed Merit Badge card with scout’s information completely filled out, pen and paper, any prerequisites required for the merit badge. See registration form.
Lunch: We will have pizza for sale at $2.00 a piece and drink for $.50 a can/bottle. You will need to pay for lunch when you register or when you check in on Saturday morning. You will be given a lunch ticket when you check in that will have your number of pieces of pizza you can get. There will be some extra but not a lot. You are welcome to bring a sack lunch if you like. Also, World’s Finest Chocolate will be for sale $1.00 per bar.
Reminder: Leadership Training Lock-in is this Friday, 3/4/2016, 6:00pm.
Please bring $5.00 – this will cover pizza for dinner Friday and for breakfast on Saturday.
